Shipping Delay Disclaimer
Due to the high volume of shipments with USPS, UPS and FedEx, some shipments are being delayed. Trax Off-Grid is shipping orders out as soon as they are received. Shipping
Upon completion, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the shipping of their vehicle.
IMPORTANT!
The merchandise leaves our Facility in excellent condition, fully tested, inspected, and in full mechanical operation; therefore, Trax Off-Grid accepts NO responsibility for damages to the vehicle once it leaves our facility.

Any and all differences must be addressed prior to the sale of this vehicle. Vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults known/unknown and with no implied warranty. A 6-month limited warranty is placed on work completed by Trax Off-Grid. There is no warranty implied for damages or negligence caused by the owner or operator.
